By accessing our marketplace platform at abbycab.com and utilizing our diverse transportation services, including but not limited to Abby Cab Company's taxi, shuttle, livery, and non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) services, you are entering into a contractual relationship with us. Please carefully read and accept these terms of service, as they govern your use of our platform, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal transportation laws. Should you disagree with any of these terms, kindly refrain from using our platform or availing of our transportation services.

1.  Ownership and Copyright

The materials featured on our marketplace platform, including text, videos, images, and related branding materials, are the intellectual property of Abby Cab Company and its affiliated entities, protected by copyright and trademark laws unless otherwise specified.

2.  Limited Use License

We grant you a temporary, non-commercial, and personal license to download and view the materials on Abby Cab Company's website. This license does not confer ownership, and you are prohibited from modifying, copying, or using the materials for commercial purposes. Decompiling software or shareware, removing copyright notations, or transferring materials to another entity's server is strictly prohibited. This license will terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and we reserve the right to terminate it at our discretion. Upon termination, you must delete any downloaded materials in your possession

Additionally, links on our site to external services or sites not under our control do not imply our endorsement, and their use is at your own risk.

6.  Submissions

We do not accept unauthorized idea submissions outside of established business relationships. Please refrain from communicating unauthorized idea submissions to us, as they are not considered confidential. Any ideas disclosed to us without a pre-existing, documented, and confidential business relationship will not be treated as confidential.

7.  Livery Services

All deposits for charter and taxi/livery services are non-refundable. Please adhere to reservation time limits, and note that a 10-minute complementary allowance beyond the time limit is granted, after which a full hour fee applies. Abby Cab Company is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during transit, but we will assist in arranging alternative transportation. Passengers are responsible for any damage to our vehicles, fines for alcohol consumption, and sanitation fees.

8.  Livery Drivers

Abby Cab Company markets and promotes transportation services but does not assume responsibility for independent drivers' actions. Drivers must adhere to all relevant regulations and standards set by the State of North Carolina. We are not liable for driver violations of these standards. Drivers are not allowed to represent their own taxi/livery services while engaged in referrals with Abby Cab Company.

9.  Lost & Found Item

If you believe you've left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us with trip details. While we make an effort to return lost items, we are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items and do not provide compensation or accounting for such items.

10.  Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction while using our website. In the event of any breach or dispute, you acknowledge our right to choose the jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

11.  Modifications

Abby Cab Company may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your agreement to the latest version of these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
